Milton Ramos Vilchez is the owner of a 4 hectare farm, El Reventon, located in the Machete community of La Coipa. The farm is mostly planted with PACHE and TYPICA, which provide the acidity and floral notes in this coffee. Milton has a very unique drying area, which is a set of drying beds attached together hanging over the edge of his wet mill on stilts.
Milton’s coffee has a great cupping score and is a delightful specialty coffee, which we’re sure you will enjoy time and time again.
